Add link to tutorials

Even though the Fatiando Tutorials are still under development, I think they already have useful content and very well laid out. I'm actually referring people to them. But they aren't that discoverable since we don't have a link on the website.

I would add links to the Tutorials under the Learn page and also on the home page, under Getting Started.
