Plugin Cycle Interval and Image Folder Refresh Question

Question on Plugin Cycle Interval and Image Folder Refresh.

If Plugin Cycle is set for 1 Hour, then the Plugin within a playlist stays on the current Plugin for an hour.

If the current plugin is the Image Folder with a refresh of 5 minutes does this mean the screen will "refresh" and display the next picture every 5 minutes until the Plugin Cycle time (in this example 1 hour) expires?
