Added SeniorDashboard_AllDay plugin

I made a plugin for my mother-in-law which answers her favorite questions being "What day is it?", "What's up today?", "What's up tomorrow?", "Is it cold outside?", "Will it rain tomorrow?" in an easy and understandable way.

It's basically a mash-up of the calendar list and weather plugin with reduced info and simplified layout. All you have to do is add and maintain the calendar and set the weather location.
