I added a plugin to manage 3rd party plugins.
The PluginManager can install, update and uninstall 3rd party plugins for those who do not want to use the CLI every time. It needs a small patch to the core files to be able to add it's own blueprints - patch can be undone easily and does not interfere with any installed plugins...
