In addition, we are updating core to version 4.0.0 with some additional simplifications. The documentation change is also prepared: faucet-pipeline/docs#105

Roll out:

• Finish the discussions in static and images
• Apply the browserslist change to -sass, -css and -js
• Finalize the review of the open PRs on Core
• Release core 4.0.0
• Release all others, updating the release dates and dependencies (all depending on ^2.0.0 || ^4.0.0 except for aiur, which will be ^4.0.0)
• Release documentation update
