Help needed: Can't use fcitx5 in kitty on Fedora

Hello, everyone! I am trying to set up fcitx5 on my machine. I installed fcitx5, kcm-fcitx5, and fcitx5-chewing on my Fedora and set the environment variables:

export XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx 
export GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx     # To enable fcitx5 to work in LibreOffice
export QT_IM_MODULE=fcitx       # Such that I can switch between languages
export GLFW_IM_MODULE=ibus  # This is for 'kitty terminal.

However, I am unable to switch between fcitx5-chewing and the English input in Kitty. I understand that Kitty may limited support for input methods, so I also set wayland_enable_ime yes to my kitty.conf. I checked the fcitx5-diagnose but didn't see anything unusual. Here is the result of my fcitx5-diagnose.

If anyone is interested, I found the solution after reading the post. TLDR, by changing VirtualKeyboardEnabled=false to VirtualKeyboardEnabled=true in ~/.config/.kwinrc, everything is working well.
