Wayland Firefox下使用IME时全是`keydown`事件 #1501

在网页中监听按键事件，当使用fcitx5输入法时有非预期的事件。比如，使用F F <空格>这三下按键作为测试，在X11 firefox上得到：

[KEYDOWN] Key: Process | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYUP] Key: Process | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYUP] Key: f | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYDOWN] Key: Process | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYUP] Key: Process | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYUP] Key: f | Code: KeyF | Repeat: false
[KEYDOWN] Key: Process | Code: Space | Repeat: false
[KEYUP] Key:   | Code: Space | Repeat: false

但是在Wayland firefox上得到：

[KEYDOWN] Key: Process | Code:  | Repeat: false

[KEYDOWN] Key: Process | Code:  | Repeat: false

这导致中文跟打的网站无法正确统计按钮数（以keydown来判断的）。不太确定这是fcitx5还是firefox的问题，故来此询问一下。
