fcitx5 社区主题包

这个和 emacs-doom-themes 主题包差不多，

就是在 fcitx 的 github 组织下面建立一个的 fcitx5-skins 仓库，把社区做的主题放到一起，然后 钦定 为官方主题包，打包者可以将其当作 fcitx5 的可选依赖。

虽然用 git clone 安装的难度并不大，但是需要搜索（不一定搜的全），还要阅读安装指南。而且这些操作对于非 geek 的用户体验也并不好。

而且每个皮肤的作者都需要重复考虑怎么分发的问题，大部分主题都是只给自己的发行版打包一下，其它的发行版只能手动操作，这种重复工作似乎完全可以避免。有一个 fcitx5-skins 的包自带一组皮肤对“开箱”的体验会舒服不少。

每个 fcitx5 作者都重复地写了一遍 “怎么安装，怎么设置，怎么分发”，这些部分似乎并没有什么重复劳动的需要。
