MMCV-full version issue

[yyyyyyfs]

when try to install mmdet==2.16.0., It will be automatically installed mmcv-full==1.7.1. It‘s impossible to satisfy mmcv-full<1.4.0.
Can you release all your version information in your conda environment？

Thanks for youe reply！ I have solved this problem by replace the CUDA version. I found that mmcv-full==1.3.8 only suitable the CUDA version<=11.0 ( I tried CUDA version = 10.2, 11.0, 11.1, 11.3, and the version of 10.2 and 11.0 worked.), and mmdet==2.16.0, torch==1.8.1.
