assign different VNC PASSWORD to different user #308

hello,
I'm new with vnc desktop, i don't know if it's possible but can i use in some way different passwords for different users? for example, one password for user 'root', another one for another user ecc.
anyway, do you know a way to obtain this kind of division between users?
