Message saying Missing SP1 when I have SP2

Not a long time FoxPro user. I'm running:
C:\Path\To\foxbin2prg.exe myProject.pjx C:\source\output

And getting the message:
Error 1098, Incorrect VFP 9 version - Missing SP1! Expected: 3504 or later, actual: 09.00.0000.2412

I tried running VFP, and the DO command on ReCreate_FoxBin2Prg.prg and get the same error.

SET DEFAULT TO c:\source\foxbin2prg
DO recreate_foxbin2prg.prg

So, even tho something was telling me I had SP2, I didn't. Found some help here:
