TinyBasic Plus v0.14 and sdcard

Hi,
TinyBasic Plus v0.14 work well on VGA32 v1.4 with arduino 1.8.19 and esp32 core 1.0.6, excepted the sdcard.

TinyBasic Plus v0.14

[W][sd_diskio.cpp:181] sdCommand(): token error [0] 0x40
SD card error.

&with &V&G&A&x&& video output
14059 bytes free.
