Display a personalized greeting after login

Description

User story
As a user, I want to see a personalized greeting after logging in, so that I know I have successfully logged in and feel welcomed in the application.

Acceptance criteria

• The greeting is shown automatically after a successful login
• The greeting includes the user’s name (if available)
• The greeting follows the defined UX/design guidelines
• The greeting needs to be responsive.
