Improve FDO server logs

Improve logging as it will help when troubleshooting issues. I found when troubleshooting RV issues its very difficult to filter out logs from traffic from fdo client on device v/s traffic coming from owner onboarding server. There doesn't seem to be a way to throttle logging down to just errors and throttle up when there are errors to troubleshoot

Also some of the logs have encoded strings, would be great to show the decoded guid
