Migrate to Vite 7 (and Baseline Widely Available build target)

The only meaningful change for Hypcast is the new default browser
target, which replaces "minimal versions to support a Vite-defined
feature set" with the Baseline Widely Available standard. For a small
hobby project like Hypcast that relies on advanced features like WebRTC,
this seems reasonable and appropriate. (I'll have other cases where I
copy the old default for myself, though.)
