Multiple segments are created as one in Powershell

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the CLI globally
2. Open Powershell
3. Run fsd p edit-note note-list -s ui, api

Result: a folder called ui api in both pages

This doesn't happen when prefixing the script with node or running with a package manager
