Enhance FEDI with LNURL Support for Simplified Lightning Payments and Zaps

Problem Statement:

Currently, Fedi lacks LNURL support, which complicates the process for users who want to:

Easily receive Lightning payments or zaps.
Integrate with Nostr-based tipping and commerce systems.

Without LNURL, users miss out on features like:

Static payment addresses (e.g., user@domain.com) for seamless transactions.
QR code generation for quick, user-friendly interactions.

Solution Proposal:

Implement LNURL-Pay: Allow users to generate a static Lightning Address linked to their wallet. This address can accept zaps and micropayments without manual intervention.
LNURL-Withdraw Support: Simplify fund withdrawal processes from the app directly to their Lightning wallet.
Nostr Integration: Ensure minted tokens or payments are easily mapped to Nostr public keys (npub), improving interoperability.
