Fedi Mods: Add mod using QR code scanning

There should be an option to print the "url", "titlte" and "icon" into a QR code and scan that in the "Add Fedi Mod" section.

This will allow a bar, EV-charger, restaurant or any store or service to have a QR code available for scanning for quick adding their mod for seeing the products and services available for purchase.
