Use Version Endpoint

There is a version endpoint available on fedimintd (see FEDIMINTD_VERSION_ENDPOINT) which the UI can use to establish whether it's a supported backend or not. This will allow us to inform the user of the compatibility between the UI and backends.

Hey, @tsmith123 I am working on this issue, and just want to confirm on endpoint for version fetching and its type is correct or should I update it.
Right now, I am using fedimintd_version as the endpoint in the following function:

Hey @Harshdev098 👋 This issue isn't fully solvable at the moment as we don't have mapping between compatible front and back ends to share.

However, it would still be nice to show the version of fedimintd that the UI is connected to. If you can get it to show the version on on /guardians/<id> page then that would be a good initial win. You will also be able to make the request from that guardians page as you're within the right context to access the GuardianAPI.

You will need to use a guardian with this endpoint available which I think is a 0.6 feature? @elsirion
