xgettext error with fedora:36

I tried to use` xgettext `in  image `fedora:36` but I got an error

`xgettext: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libgettextsrc-0.21.so: undefined symbol: ulc_width_linebreaks_v2`

The error also happened  when I tried to reinstall with this command `dnf reinstall gettext-devel intltool gettext-libs -y`
