Implement Testing Farm provider for fetching logs

I would like to implement a Testing Farm provider for fetching logs from Testing Farm.
This seems to be the initial work needed to start ingesting logs from Testing Farm.

Our thoughts are that logdetective could help analyzing logs from Testing Farm and help users to understand the outcome better.

Currently, we would like to inject the following logs that might be useful for that:

• tmt-verbose.log - contains reasonable logs to understand the state of the tmt execution
• result.summary field from the API request details - contains a human readable outcome of the testing request, including reasonable error messages
• artemis-guest-event.log - contains logs from our provisioner, useful to investigate provisioning issues

If this is not the best thing to start with, I will be glad to be corrected where to start :)
