Fix nagios configuration for logdetective01 permanently

logdetective01.fedorainfracloud.org is apparently using firewalld and doesnt have our nftables rules to allow noc

The result is this output (spamming all fedora infra folks):

We hot-fixed this by editing nrpe.conf -- allowlisted the right nagios server. This needs to be made persistent.

Also, the playbook we run is broken by ansible "base" role (some changes related to the zabbix movement).
