modify run-test.sh according to container-image-template

in container-image-template, there were changed, that in tests directory there is no Makefile. it causes that it is harder to have same tests for modules and containers.
there is possible to use some smarter variant of mtf *.py command. Or dicsuss, to have there Makefile again in container-image-template
