apps.f.p.o does not update new packages #25
Description
It's been at least two months this is happening :/ See fedora-infra/fedora-packages#98
Therefore since we are using the pkgwat.api we are stuck with no new gem updates.
Right now there are 489 packages in fedoraruby whereas pkgdb says there are 570...

A manual run of the package indexer seems to be working. Not sure why the nightly cron runs are failing consistently.
