SpendingByAwardResponse missing some null values in the response schema #4513
Description
See this basic example request to /api/v2/search/spending_by_award/.
In the response-payload the following fields are null yet the contract does not specify null is allowed.
- Place of Performance City Code
- def_codes
- COVID-19 Obligations
- COVID-19 Outlays
- Infrastructure Outlays
- Infrastructure Obligations
Happy to fix this if the solution is to allow null values for these fields.
