Darksky no longer accept new signups

Not particularly an urgent issue for existing widget users, however, Darksky is going to discontinue their API, following their acquisition from Apple. Currently is no longer accepting new API users, and intend to stop the API for the current users at some point in 2021.
Thought to open an issue for start planning ahead.

no new users can use the widget, then? I don't have darsky account either, I am a bit disappointed...
