wrapped a5-rs in R package

FYI, I have an initial implementation that makes A5 available in R.
The R package a5r wraps your a5-rs.
I was inspired by the R package h3o which wraps the Rust crate h3o.
(h3o completely reimplements H3 in Rust and IMHO has many commonalities with a5-rs and interesting features)

My use case is for the same kind of analysis I did in a paper I published [1] where I used H3 for spatial binning of flown flight trajectories. Using H3 I had to normalize my densities on a per cell area basis, while for A5 the areas are the same for the same resolution (if I understood the docs correctly ;-)
My code is written in R, hence the wrapping package...
(To be frank at the time of writing the paper I used duckdb's H3 plugin for the calculations because it was much, much faster then the H3 package in R [the newer h3o package is much more performant now])

I will try to find the time to submit to CRAN and write a quick start...
