Description
I cannot analyze my videos that come from the 2-photon scope because they have different names than the videos that come from the Felsen rigs. In the extract_pose.py file, it is supposed to pull videos (line 36) to be analyzed. However, in order to find videos, it requires them to have various words in their title (unit, session, mp4) that not all videos are going to have. We should make a more flexible method for pulling videos (perhaps anything with an mp4 OR avi suffix?)
