Problem with configuration Test. Issue resolved.

I'm using your code for research into the LN network. I had trouble with the configuration test. 

Solved by changing eps = epsilon to epsilon = epsilon

Setup: 

Ubuntu 20.04.2.0  
Jupyter notebook.
Python 3.5
