kconfig: add UART selection for debugging #35
Description
In most hardware available UART0 (the one used for flashing) is the one used for klipper-printer communication.
It would be useful to be able to redirect ESP-IDF communication (uart and pins) to another port for debugging; specially now that integration tests are beginning.
