Add fern deep command to CLI reference

Introduce a new CLI command that allows users to email our co-founder Deep directly. This command provides a convenient way for users to send feedback, request assistance, or share their thoughts about Fern.

The command supports both interactive and direct message modes through an optional --message flag.
