Add fern deep command to CLI reference
Introduced a new CLI command 'fern deep' that allows users to send emails directly to Deep, one of Fern's co-founders. The command supports optional --message and --subject flags for composing emails, or opens the default email client when run without options. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>
