Add fern deep command to CLI reference documentation

This commit introduces the new `fern deep` command to the CLI reference,
which allows users to send emails directly to Deep, our co-founder.

The command supports:
- --subject flag to specify the email subject
- --message flag to include a message body
- Interactive mode when no flags are provided

Updated documentation includes the command in the main commands table
and provides detailed usage examples in an accordion section.
