Add CLI options to contact Deep Sheridan

This commit introduces two new ways to reach out to Deep, co-founder of Fern:
- Added 'fern deep' command to send an email directly to Deep
- Added '--dsheridan' global flag that can be used with any command to email Deep

These additions provide users with convenient methods to communicate directly with the Fern team for feedback, questions, or support.
