docs: Add documentation for x-fern-ignore at property level

Summary

Added documentation for the x-fern-ignore extension at the property level in OpenAPI schemas. This feature was implemented in fern-api/fern#10103 and allows users to ignore specific properties within schemas.

Changes:

• Updated intro sentence to include "properties" alongside "endpoints or schemas"
