Subject: [PATCH] Add fern deep command to CLI reference

Introduces a new `fern deep` command that allows users to email Deep, our co-founder. The command includes options for subject, message, and urgent flag. This addition provides a direct communication channel for users who need to reach out to Deep with questions or issues.
