Unified Dongle Firmware

As suggested by @jonathanpallant in #262:

It would be nice if it is sufficient to only load one firmware, and then switch the firmware when the button is pressed. We could use the multi-color LED to show which firmware is running visually, and then use the other LED as an activity LED.
