Memory percentage incorrectly marks 0%

Hi, nice extension!

While using the extension with 100% swap (yes, I know), the graph for the memory and the percentage showed in the appicon is 0%:

Thanks for reporting this, @viccuad! (also, yikes, this is definitely not a scenario in my test suite.)

Could you let me know which version of TopHat you're using, and if this continues to happen with the latest release? The screenshot you shared looks like v15 or earlier.

I'm on extension v11, and Gnome 43.9, so right now I can't check the other versions.
