ter testing, it was found that this issue is unrelated to the video format; only a small percentage of videos experience this problem, and it is 100% reproducible.

This is probably a windows problem. System decoders are a complete black box for us. Can you provide a test file?

Also may i ask why you're using system decoder? Is this for xbox? The directx decider should handle about the same formats as the system decoder.

Regarding Xbox, I can say that on "Xbox One ***" models, only "System Decoders" are working, unlike the newer models "Xbox Series S/X", where both are working.
