Improve timer in speaker view

- [ ] Checkbox to play / pause timer (tricked using `animation-play-state`).
- [ ] Timer runs only starting from slide 2 (since the first is probably a waiting screen).
- [ ] Maybe have an accessible version using `<progress>` and `role="progressbar"` ?
- [ ] Not in timer: repeat pagination beyond upcoming slide.
