How can I solve the tensorflow version problem?

In 'tf_wpe.py', tensorflow.contrib code make problem.

Tensorflow 2x version doesn't support it.

Hi, thank you for your interest.
We no longer use tensorflow and the breaking changes in tensorflow are large.
I tried to do fix the function renaming, but some parts don't work because of the eager execution.

When you are a tensorflow user, you are welcome to open a pull request to fix this.
