Mojave not working

Hi there, thanks so much for the recent updates to the instructions for getting this plugin to work on Mojave. However, even when I follow the instructions, no button shows up in the General preferences of Mail for me to allow/enable this extension. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've build the plugin with Xcode, copied the folder form the tmp dir to the mail library dir as instructed, but when I re-start mail, that manage plugins button just isn't there. Any thoughts?

I had a hunch that I could get the button to show by installing another plugin, so I went ahead and installed http://www.mailbutler.io/ and then the button showed up and I was able to enable both MailButler and GMailinator. Not sure if there is anything you can do to force Mail to see GMailinator as a plugin in and of itself or not, but this is at least a workaround.

I still had to enable plugins via defaults write com.apple.mail EnableBundles -bool true,
and I also had to set the macOS Deployment Target to macOS 10.14 before building for the plugin to work.
