Rich editor: Callouts/Alerts blocks (Note, Tip, Warning, etc.)

Please add support in Filament’s Rich editor to insert and render “callout/alert” blocks (e.g., Note/Info/Tip/Warning/Danger) as a first-class formatting option. Just create a custom block. Not sure of the need for this in core.
