what constraints are faced with using a glif node (or the the wallaby testnet endpoint to be more specific)

This is my first time on the filecoin blockchain. I wasn't able to get an endpoint from alchemy, and the one offered by infura is for mainnet.
I came across glif nodes in the lotus filecoin documentation (https://lotus.filecoin.io/lotus/developers/glif-nodes/), I want to find out, do they have any constraints.
