Need help to recover funds

Hi
I sent FileCoins from Kraken to Binance using ERC20 address but instead of selecting ERC20 as network I mistakenly selected FileCoin network. Now my funds are in the blockchain
Please help me out how can I retrieve my funds or reverse the transaction.
I tried reaching out to FileCoin community on Twitter they gave me a telegram group. And from that group a person was demanding more money like 100$ worth of Eth to recover my funds. I even don’t know that it’ll workout for me. I’m in depression already. Can’t afford to loose anymore money.
