Add `data-set` subcommand with `--ls`

Initial deals subcommand with support to list "deals" (data sets and their pieces); would make for nice --json output too.

Could also bundle in a --status <id> or just take <id> as an argument to get a specific data set id's info & status.

We heirarchical view showing:

• metadata at the dataset level (e.g., id, the provider the dataset is stored with)
• the pieces in the dataset
• the corresponding metadata for each piece (rootIpfsCid, CommP, size)

leafCount * 32 gives you total byteSize of a dataset.

Note that getting piece level leafs and sizes is currently unsupported by synapse-sdk

Per comment above, size isn't being shown yet. That is blocked on work happening in synapse-sdk as part of FilOzone/synapse-sdk#249

A followup PR to #50 will be needed to plumb that through and have it show up in data-set ls.
