2025-10-30 maintainer conversation:

1. we are going to wait to do this release until there are more "approved SPs" using the conracts that correspond with Synapse 0.35.x. FilOz will have confidence approving more SPs once dealbot runs. We plan to do this on ~2025-11-03.
2. @BigLep to update the changelog (https://github.com/filecoin-project/filecoin-pin/blob/a69d18e706fea8879bc5fd59b2f1c68cd5bd173d/CHANGELOG.md ) to make clearer the significance of the Synapse update.

Losing manual changelog updates

It looks like this is what will happen anytime release please updates the changelog for this release, which it will do anytime additional PRs get merged. (Another merged PR is likely with #192 .). It looks like I'll just have to do my changelog update after the release lands or right before it is merged.
