Support Basic Auth

There is currently no way to provide additional URL connection parameters.

For example, to connect to the Infura Filecoin API as an endpoint, a basic auth pair must be provided.

This is actually a violation of JSON-RPC spec. Authentication data have to be provided as request parameters to be fully compliant. Example:
