Describe the Bug

When running the commands to start a new miner (lotus-miner init --owner=f1yqj6msbovje4epdvxfccnhgwmo7g66***** --worker=f1ymt3lwdzm3likcsxdhxm3227zz****** --no-local-storage)

I get the following error:

I've tried to add funds into the worker account as you can see below, but that has not helped.

Repo Steps

Have a blank environment.

1. Install and run the daemon
2. Run the miner initialize command
3. Get error
