venus-sealer will be depreciated after nv16

Hello, Venus community!

We are sorry to inform you that venus-sealer will be depreciated and will not be maintained after nv16 upgrade. At this point, we think that the storage power service that venus-cluster brings to the table has far excelled what venus-sealer offers. We will now recommend every Venus community member to use venus-cluster for their Venus storage system instead of venus-sealer for sealing and maintaining their storage power.

Please get yourself familiar with venus-cluster before nv17 and sorry for any inconvenience caused!
